All images are covered by International Copyright. This means that the copyright is owned by us until 75 years after the death of the photographer.

When is copyright clearance required?

Once you have purchased an image for the following uses no further permission is required provided that a link to the site (online use) or credit so the site (printed use) are used.

Advertising your horse online or in a magazine.

Use on your website

Using the image as an illustration in a personal blog or in a post for an online forum, for example to show the image in a post about your day at a show.

For all other use including (but not restricted to) editorial use, commercial website use, newsletter use permission is required in advance otherwise full editorial rates will apply.

The EU Directive (Copyright and Regulated Rights Regulations) in October 2003, states that a credit must be given to the photographer or copyright holder wherever the picture is reproduced.
